this was my 11th trip to South Beach for a music festival, and my first time staying at this hotel. It was totally painless, the rooms were clean, the walls were good and kept things quiet, and the price was reasonable.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, the rooms are spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, and the value for money is honestly one of the best I've found in Miami.

The check in staff were very nice, helpful and friendly, so I'd like the management to thank them. Also two cleaners, Hermite and Eduardo were very friendly and helpful when I lost something.
