Brand new one bedroom loft style apartment in the middle of the South Beach action, however far enough from the craziness, literally a few steps to the Beach and the beautiful Boardwalk . Located on the first floor with a great little terrace and garden. This place is within walking distance from Miami Beach Convention Centre, Lincoln Road, Botanical Garden, restaurants, some clubs, etc. We have the free trolley stop right in front door of the building. Also the express shuttle to the airport.

The apartment is an excellent home base for exploring and enjoying Miami Beach. It’s an easy walk down the boardwalk to Lincoln Rd. and one block to the beach. Beach things (umbrella, cooler, towels) are provided.
