I really enjoyed staying at Luciana’s place. Perfect size for me and very convenient proximity to a conference at a hotel nearby. I was able to walk every morning, stop off at a CVS or breakfast place.

Good location with a beautiful beach just across the street, good little bar and restaurant next door with outdoor seating and a sandwich shop and store close by also.

The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed (beach chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella). Check in and check out were both very easy and Luciana was kind to let us check in a bit early the day we arrived.

Great area of Miami Beach - easy to get to South Beach by bike or free trolley and close to the highway to get into Wynwood and into the city.

The location was perfect! Having the beach right across the street was amazing. We were able to navigate to any areas we desired pretty easily. The abundance of restaurants in walking distance was great.

I was visiting Miami to tour apartments and to scope out the area and had such an awesome stay at this charming studio! The apartment looks exactly as photographed and described.

Nice place, good location, right across a bus stop. The apartment looks like in the photos. Cleanliness could have been a bit better but not an issue.

Great location and right near the trolley and bus stop. It was perfect for a short trip. We had 3 guests (all girls) so it was a bit crowded especially with the small bathroom but overall loved this place and would stay again.
