Enjoy this recently renovated 1 bed / 1 bath condo unit in the heart of eclectic South of Fifth. The ideal place to be close to everything but away from the noise. Only 100 steps (3 min) from the beach along 3rd St and Ocean Drive, easily walk back and forth from the beach, eat / party at some of the best restaurants & clubs, take a stroll on Ocean Drive, or take your little one to the playground. We treat this apartment as our home away from home, and we cannot wait to share it with you.

Suzy’s place was perfect for us. It’s a block from the beach and there’s a grocery store/market right around the corner. You can easily walk to restaurants and enjoy south beach.

Perfect place to stay. About 2 minutes Walking distance to the Beach, Ocean Drive, Stores, and Restaurants. Suzy and her husband are very nice. Have their place very clean, well maintained and nicely decorated.
