Best Beach Location

I had a wonderful experience staying at Joe’s property. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated.

The room looks just like the picture. I will say it is very small. My room was clean I checked under the bed, the mattress , and inspected the sheets for stains and bugs. I didnt find anything.

We had an amazing time staying here! Joe was always quick to response and extremely willing to help at all times and the front desk was kind as well. Check in and out was very simple and fast.

This place was really great value for the price. The room looked better than I expected and it was very clean and had a modern update. I appreciated the cotton sheets.

Joe and Debora were great host! They responded very quickly, and was very accommodating. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The place was very clean and stocked. We could not have asked for a better location.

We found this place the night before our flight. We couldn’t have been happier. The place is extremely clean, no bugs, no dirt, no humidity, no mold and it looks even better than in the pics (which is hard to find in miami lol).

This place was perfect for what we needed. It’s very close to everything that you could need in south beach but the entrance is on a back street so it’s not super crowded.
